Dr. Robynn M. Poortvliet, DC, DABCA is a Chiropractic Acupuncturist at Advanced Relief Chiropractic & Acupuncture in Oklahoma City. She attended Bowling Green University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. Robynn then went on to earn her doctorate in chiropractic and a diplomate from Cleveland Chiropractic College.

With her 21 years of experience providing compassionate care services, as well as her certifications in over 10 chiropractic techniques, she is committed and capable when it comes to helping those who suffer from chronic pain.
During her 17 years as owner and clinic director for two chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy clinics, Dr. Poortvliet has obtained both comprehensive knowledge of chiropractic care services and experience managing associates and office staff.
Because of this, she believes it’s essential for successful outcomes and better patient satisfaction to practice in an integrative and coordinated healthcare system. Her years managing private clinics in a multidisciplinary fashion, referring mutual patients to primary care physicians, surgeons, physiatrists, therapists, counselors, psychologists and other chiropractors, has provided her with the best experience necessary to facilitate a referral system to provide the best possible treatment for each unique condition.
She draws upon her extensive experience and education to treat all ages and a vast variety of conditions. Specifically, she feels she has a better understanding of treating athletic injuries, as she is a former gymnast herself. In fact, she was recently honored to have been selected as one of the official doctors to assist The Oklahoma City Ballet Company.
Dr. Poortvliet is a National Recognized member of the CCA in Acupuncture and is also a member of the OKC Birth Network, American Chiropractic Association, South Oklahoma City Chamber and NFID, and is Webster Certified to treat newborns.
When she’s not serving the Oklahoma City community, Robynn enjoys travel, sailing and yoga, but most of all being the mother of two.
